It is crucial to understand that we act solely as facilitators and consultants. We do not issue visas, nor are we government agents. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any visa application or extension by the Indonesian government authorities. The final decision on all visa applications rests solely with the immigration department or other relevant government bodies in Indonesia. Any timelines provided are estimates based on typical processing times and are subject to change without notice by the government authorities. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by government processing, policy changes, or incomplete/inaccurate information provided by the client.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for your visa application.
  • Promptly respond to requests for additional information or clarification from us or the government authorities.
  • Comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations regarding immigration and visa requirements.
  • Understand that providing false or misleading information may result in your visa application being rejected, and potentially severe legal consequences, for which Bali In-Person Extension bears no responsibility.

3. Fees and Payments

Our service fees for consulting and facilitation are clearly outlined on our website or communicated directly to you. These fees are separate from, and do not include, any government application fees, visa fees, bank charges, or other third-party costs associated with your visa application. All service fees must be paid in full before we commence or continue with the agreed-upon services. Payment methods accepted will be specified at the time of invoicing. We reserve the right to adjust our fees at any time, though any changes will not affect services for which payment has already been received.

4. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is a separate document that outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in our Refund Policy, which is available on our website. Generally, service fees for work already performed are non-refundable, and government fees are subject to the policies of the respective government authorities and are typically non-refundable once submitted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bali In-Person Extension, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Bali In-Person Extension exceed the total service fees paid by you to Bali In-Person Extension for the specific service from which the liability arose. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Bali In-Person Extension has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Force Majeure

Bali In-Person Extension shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or failures of telecommunications or information services. In such events, Bali In-Person Extension will notify you promptly and will resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts located in Indonesia. By using our Services, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Indonesia for any such disputes.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms.
